About Extension fee

*For extensions up to 1 hour, the above extension fee will be charged in addition to the rental car fee, If you extend for more than 2 hours, various tax fees will be charged in addition to the extension fee noted above.
*Extension fee is calculated per hour; 0.5 hour will be rounded up as an hour.
*If you request 8 passenger minivan/SUV, additional fee of $10/day will be charged.
●Precautions
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please be sure to contact us. info@werentacar.com
Normally, confirmation emails will be delivered within 24 hours. Please note that the car may be fully booked during the peak season. If you would like to request a child seat, please enter the number/age in this field. Free shuttle service is only available in Waikiki area. Please specify the time upon making reservation. (Pick-up is available from 8:15 AM to 7:00 PM in 15-minute units) You are only able to pick up a car at our service counter and we do not deliver to the hotel. Waikiki Service Counter is open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. Departures and returns cannot be done after hours.
●Making reservation such as the day before departure to Hawaii
Please book with plenty of time because you may not be able to receive our reply mail.
●Customers using the Honolulu Airport Office
There is no on-site staff at the airport office. They will be assigned according to the arrival and departure times of customers.

☆Customers who start renting from the Airport Office

Please exit from the airport individual passenger exit. At the exit, our staff will be waiting for you with a sign board with your name on it. If the airport is too crowded, we may not be able to pick you up at the exit. If you cannot find our staff, please be sure to contact our office. We will let you know where to meet with the driver. Please use the public phone on the left side of the individual passenger exit and call us at 808-942-4444.


☆Customers returning at the Airport Office

Please confirm the location of our office at the time of contract. Please consider the traffic jam and accident troubles when returning the rental car, and please return the car about 2.5 hours before the departure time of the plane. Please fill the fuel upon return. Otherwise, the fee will be charged at the office. (At the office, we only accept cash for the fee under $20.) As you may get lost on the wya, please return the car with plenty of time. After completing the return procedure, we will drive you to the departure terminal of each airline.


●About drop-off
If the pick-up and return locations are different, a drop-off fee of $40 will be charged additionally.
※If you rent the same car for 3 consecutive days or more, additional fee will not be charged.
※The pick-up/return location will be either the Waikiki office or the Honolulu Airport office.
※You cannot drop off at other places.
